BASH is a proprietary power amplifier design combining digital and analogue technology in order to provide highly efficient use of a power supply for optimum audio output instead of heating up hardware.
The BASH converter is situated after the power supply. The BSH converter's voltage gain is controlled by a processor's gate pulse which is generated by reference and protection signals originating from the analogue power amplifier. The BASH converter then supplies a voltage which is just above the power amplifiers output.
The whole signal path stays fully analogue reducing the electromangnetic interference (EMI) to a minimum. |
