The Hague Festivals, Netherlands June 10- 27, 2010
Pro-music-news stopped working with the North Sea Jazz Festival in 2009. The Hague, former home of that legendary event, now is one of the fastest growing festival locations.
First in a whole range of events in June 2010, thehaguehazz kicked of Thursday, June 10, with a special concert with Michael Bolton supported by Dutch singer Waylon, both backed by the acknowledged Metropole Orkest. Friday and Saturday saw international artists performing on the re-named stages which became so familiar to visitors of the Noth Sea Jazz Festival for several decades. See the 2010 jazz-festival's program below.
The last in the row of events will be the free Parkpop on Sunday, June 27, in Zuiderpark. with Snoop Dog headlining. Other performances at the 30th edition of this festival will be Juliette Lewis, Nena, Nick Lowe, Ska Cubano, Choc Quib Town, Danko Jones and Admiral Freebee.
