Ready to operate right out of the box, the Crate Pro Audio Battle Mix 1 provides aspiring DJs everything they need to begin sharpening their DJ skills. Complete with two semi-automatic belt driven turntables, a two-channel mixer, two specially designed Battle Mix 1 slip mats, and two LP records, the Crate Pro Audio Battle Mix 1 is a starting place for club or hip-hop DJs, or a great addition to any musician's arsenal.
Designed expressly for the Crate Pro Audio Battle Mix 1, the two-channel DJMX "scratch" mixer features four stereo RCA inputs with a selectable "phono/aux. option. This feature takes advantage of a specially designed impedance adjust which allows the mixer to switch between multiple inputs, such as turntables, CD-players, and samplers. The DJMX also features gain control on both channels, a 1/4" microphone input with level control and talkover button, 1/4" headphone outputs with cue level control, dual left and right outputs and replaceable fader.
Each SD-1000 turntable features a variety of details specifically designed to accommodate DJ needs. Options like a stable platter and tone arm ensure accurate "cue" as well as protection against pre-mature skipping of records when scratching. A high torque motor provides better "pick up" time, and variable pitch control lets players accurately set speed adjustments. Other features include: strobe light with RPM indicator, soft-touch recessed start/stop button, on/off button, 45 RPM adapter, hard-shell, and dust cover.
