New International Faces at Industry Recruiter, Interfacio

Interfacio, the global pro-audio, MI and broadcast technology recruitment service, has announced the appointment of two new members of the team in Germany and the USA. “Germany is becoming an increasingly important market for our clients and we are seeing a steady increase in demand for our services there”, says Managing Director Richard Wear. “In the US we continue to operate about half of our overall business and many of our European based clients are increasingly making use of our services over there as well”.
Evelyn OdeEvelyn Ode is appointed to the position of Business Development Associate, Germany and will focus on the German market and other German speaking territories in Austria and Switzerland. Her role will be to work closely with candidates and job applicants as well as developing new business and client relationships with hiring companies based in these markets.
Based in Munich, Evelyn is a graduate communication specialist with 18 years experience in the IT market, and gained experience in the consumer and business to business channel marketing sector working as a marketing communication manager with major software and hardware suppliers. As general manager of Munich based marketing services company Business Tools, she established a new branch for the communication and exhibition service agency where she was responsible for all international IT clients and initiated a European wide exhibition service with a special focus on the growing IT market of Eastern Europe and Russia. In 1999 Evelyn started her own business as a marketing specialist for companies and agencies working in the IT and technology business.
In the USA, Russet Malone has also recently joined the expanding Interfacio team as Candidate Development Associate, USA & Canada. Russet worked previously as senior executive assistant with consumer and professional audio importer and distributor KH America Inc. and is based in Sarasota Florida. Russet takes over from Kimberly Sanchez who left the company to pursue other personal interests in October 2007. In this role Russet will take care of the company’s US and Canada based candidates and job applicants and work on North American search assignments.

An exciting opportunity exists to join an established company supplying specialist pro-audio products and systems for the production and broadcast markets as well as to the consumer electronics market. The company is looking to develop a new sector of their business focused on the Installation market. You will have some technical audio knowledge with an impressive track record in sales and ideally with some particular knowledge of contractor/specifiers, and the hotel and boat installation market. You will need to identify new customers and opportunities for growth. Extensive travel will be required from a home office base.
Channel Manager – National. Pro-Audio/Recording Solutions. EUR 60-75k
A leading US based manufacturer of pro-audio products for the music recording and production markets, is seeking an experienced sales and channel manager with a good working knowledge and understanding of the German market. The successful candidate will have a proven record or success in sales in the German market, have an understanding of audio technology, in particular in the areas of signal processing and music software, and speak fluent German and English. Regular travel throughout Germany and occasionally overseas will be expected.
Sales Manager – National (southern location) – MI/Pro-Audio. EUR 70-85k
The company is a leading provider of creative tools for computer based musicians and audio professionals. They are seeking a Sales Manager for the German and Austrian markets. To be the successful candidate you must have a minimum of three years experience in managing a German field sales operation with excellent contacts throughout the dealer chain. You will also have a track record in developing successful sales and marketing strategies with the dealer base. Extensive travel is required in the territory as well as attending exhibitions etc. You must speak excellent German and English.
