Coemar launches Director 768 at Plasa 2005

Coemer Director 768 lighting controler Offering a host of possibilities in a compact and affordable package, Coemar's Director 768 controller is to be launched at Plasa 2005. Coming in a rack-mountable enclosure the unit weighs in at only 3.8 kg. Director 768 features dmx 512 standard communication protocol and two XLR3 sockets for 768 dmx channels as well as 24 controllable units with a maximum of 32 channels each. New devices can be set directly on the controller. Pan/Tilt control is done with two highly sensitive wheels. Further features include 1024 programmable scenes, 72 programs for 99 scenes, a sound-to-light mode, or adjustable speed. Audio is connected using a stereo jack plug, a RS232 interface provides connectivity to a computer for data storage and software update. Director 768 also offers an effects generator for pan and tilt with adjustable speed and parameters, and an LED user interface with selectable language.
