revolutionary product design for saxophone and clarinet players by Oleg:
Olegature, a new ligature design combining the advantages of textile
ligatures with a sturdy metal construction and more versatile set up. Olegature
uses a metal strap with solid metal bars at both ends allwoing reed adjustment
at two points. The saxophone olegatures are gold plated, the clarinet versions
are silver plated.
Olegatures are made in different sizes fitting mouth-pieces for clarinets, soprano-, alto-, tenor- and baritone-saxophones. Due to the flexibility of the strap and the large contact surface the reed is not squeezed or damaged. Even the back part of the reed can resonate influencing tone and attack. |
