Bosch Communications issues an injunction to confiscate copied product

At the Winter Namm Show 2007 in Anaheim, Bosch Communcations already approached them with regard to removing several items which were clearly identified as illegally copied products. However, the same Asian company exhibited a visually identical copy of one of Dynacord's most successful powered mixers at prolight + sound 2007 in Frankfurt. Bosch Communications issued an interlocutory injunction to confiscate all copied products and have them removed immediately from the Asian company's stand.
Shortly after noon on the show's last day a few representatives of Bosch Communcations turned up at the booth in question, accompanied by a lawyer, a shipping company, and a bailif (marshal) who served the injunction upon the copyist. A few minutes later all falsified product was taken off the shelves and removed.
It is very likely that the plagiator will be sentenced to pay a substantial fine at the inevitable court case.
