beyerdynamic takes over Interkom electronic Kock & Mreches

Effective immediately, beyerdynamic GmbH & Co. KG takes over Interkom electronic Kock & Mreches GmbH based in Wedemark near Hannover, Germany. The acquirement of the specialist for the wireless conference & simultaneous interpretation systems adds digital network technology to beyerdynamic's range of conference & presentation systems.
Interkom electronic Kock & Mreches has focused on customized solutions of wired analogue and digital conference systems. The acquisition makes beyerdynamic the only manufacturerer worldwide offering a complete product range for all current applications. Wolfgang Luckhardt, Managing Director of beyerdynamic, comments: ""We will use the synergetic effects on the areas Research & Development, Production and Sales as good possible." The location in Wedemark will be canceled until the 31st March 2006 and dislocated to Heilbronn.
In addition to Interkom's cutting edge network technology beyerdynamic also has access to the patented Line-Array Recording Technology used in the Revoluto microphone station. This microphone station does not need any gooseneck microphones which could be distracting to the audience. Furthermore, due to its design speakers don't have to worry about gooseneck adjustments. No matter if the speaker is standing, leaning back or talking to the side, with Revoluto the quality and intelligibility of speech always stays the same.
