Shure appoints Ristucci vice president of human resources

Shure has named Vince Ristucci as its new vice president of human resources. Ristucci will be responsible for overall staffing, strategic planning, benefit, and compensation programs.
With 25 years of human resources experience, Ristucci expressed admiration for Shure's culture. "The great value the company places on its associates was a major reason I joined Shure," he noted.
Ristucci holds a Bachelor of Science Degree form Southern Illinois University and joins Shure from the commercial real estate firm Grubb & Ellis, where he was also vice president of human resources. Earlier, Ristucci was group human resource manager for Teradyne Inc., a manufacturer of telecommunications and electronics test equipment. He has also served as director of human resources for Hammond Organ company.
