Soundking announces distribution agreement for Studiomaster and Carlsbro

The Soundking Group Ltd has announced the appointment of INV Music Group as exclusive distributor for Studiomaster and Carlsbro across 28 countries in mainland Europe, following an agreement signed at the Winter NAMM show in Anaheim CA.
The appointment of INV Music Group, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, introduces a single point logistics and sales solution, and opens up a large number of new territories for the British brands. The agreement covers Germany, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech republic, Estonia, France, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Transnistria and the Vatican. All other European territories are covered by pre-existing distribution agreements, that remain unaffected by the INV Music agreement.
The INV Music Group agreement provides for central warehousing and distribution out of its headquarters in Hamburg, with fast and cost effective delivery covering around 80 per cent of mainland Europe; ensuring considerable economies of scale in facilitating sales and distribution over such a wide-scale geographical area and large number of countries. Additional satellite warehousing for southern and western Europe is located in Hungary and France. INV’s coordinated sales organisation ensures price harmonisation and simultaneous availability of all new product throughout all 28 countries, with best in class provision and support for European independent retailers. The agreement also sees INV Music Group covering off manufacturer’s product warranty and after sales service, as well as undertaking production of native language product catalogues for both brands.
Soundking Group, Marketing Manager Patrick Almond stated, “The logistical benefits and economies of scale resulting from this agreement will be of major significance in terms of both the competitive advantage to the brands and the level of service to our customers. INV Music Group brings with it a highly evolved and hugely efficient operation for distributing and selling Studiomaster and Carlsbro across the greater part of Europe, as well as launching the brands into several new countries at a single stroke. This is a milestone agreement in our strategy to re-establish Studiomaster and Carlsbro as market leaders.”
Soundking Group President XianGGui Wang commented on the agreement, saying, ”The advance of our market strategies for the MI and pro-audio retail channels requires we partner with regional distribution organisations with the scale and capabilities to enable us to gain major market share. INV Music Group’s capability to cover so much of Europe effectively as a single territory is in step with the harmonisation of trade across the continent and presents us with extended opportunities for growth."
For INV Music Group, General Manager Denis Renner commented, “We are very excited about the beginning of this new and expansive venture. Studiomaster and Carlsbro are perfect additions to our existing portfolio. At INV Music Group we will support all our customers, large and small, fully in supplying these two great brands through our extensive network of European sales offices.“
